Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using any app published by Mlogic Tech (including Mindflash, Twin Window, Duplicate Scanner, and others), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Applications.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Our Applications may allow you to create, upload, or share content (such as flashcard decks, notes, or files). You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by uploading content, you grant Mlogic Tech a license to store, display, and backup this content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any laws in your jurisdiction.

Content Moderation: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Mlogic Tech reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or ban users who violate these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property The Applications, including their code, graphics, and user interface, are the property of Mlogic Tech and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Applications.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The Applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mlogic Tech makes no warranties that the Applications will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server that makes them available is free of viruses. You use the Applications at your own discretion and risk.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Logic Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, files, or content, resulting from your use of the Applications.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
