Introduction This Privacy Policy governs the use of software applications ("Applications") for mobile devices created by Modern Logic Tech Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to Mindflash, Twin Window, Duplicate Scanner, and other future titles. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and applicable international standards.

2. Data We Collect We may collect the following types of information:

• User Provided Information: Information you provide when you register for an account, such as your email address and username.

• Automatically Collected Information: Data regarding your mobile device, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers (such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID) for analytics and crash reporting purposes.

• File Metadata (Utility Apps): For apps like Duplicate Scanner, we process file metadata (names, sizes, hashes) locally on your device to identify duplicates. We do not upload your personal files to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data We use the collected data to:

• Create and manage your user account.

• Sync your data and preferences across devices.

• Provide core functionality (e.g., scanning storage, multitasking views).

• Improve the performance and stability of our Applications.

• Send important system notifications (e.g., password resets).

• AdMob (if applicable)

5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy (Crucial Clause) We retain user data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data: To initiate a deletion request, you may:

1. Use the "Delete Account" feature found within the Application's Settings menu (if available); or

2. Email us at support@mlogictech.com with the subject line "Delete Account".
   Upon receiving a verified request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our servers within 30 days.
